«صوتك» تطبيق على متجر تطبيقات سلّة يتيح لأصحاب المتاجر إضافة مقاطع صوتية قصيرة بصوت العميل الحقيقي بجانب مراجعات المنتجات الأصلية في سلّة. لا نستبدل نظام تقييمات سلّة؛ نضيف طبقة صوتية فوقه فقط.

في هذه السياسة، «نحن» تعني فريق «صوتك»، و«التاجر» يعني صاحب المتجر الذي يثبّت التطبيق، و«العميل» يعني زائر المتجر أو المشتري الذي يسجّل مراجعته الصوتية.

Sawtk is a Salla App Store application that lets merchants attach short voice clips — in the customer's real voice — alongside the native product reviews on Salla. We do not replace Salla's review system; we add a voice layer on top of it.

In this policy, "we" / "us" means the Sawtk team, "merchant" means the store owner who installs the app, and "customer" means a shopper who records a voice review.

من العملاء (مسجّلي المراجعات الصوتية)

• المقطع الصوتي الذي يسجّله العميل طوعاً (حتى ٦٠ ثانية).
• سجلّ الموافقة — إقرار العميل الصريح بنشر صوته علناً، مع تاريخه ووقته.
• ربط المراجعة — معرّف المراجعة الأصلية في سلّة والمنتج المرتبط بها، والاسم وعدد النجوم كما يظهران في تلك المراجعة.
• بيانات تقنية محدودة — مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفّح، نستخدمها للأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام فقط.

من التجّار (مثبّتي التطبيق)

• بيانات المتجر من سلّة عبر تفويض OAuth — معرّف المتجر واسمه ونطاقه، ورموز الوصول اللازمة للتكامل مع سلّة.
• بيانات المنتجات والمراجعات التي نحتاجها لعرض المقطع الصوتي بجانب المراجعة الصحيحة.
• بيانات التواصل التي تزوّدنا بها طوعاً (الاسم، البريد، رقم الهاتف) عند طلب عرض توضيحي أو التواصل مع الدعم.

From customers (people who record voice reviews)

• The voice recording the customer chooses to record (up to 60 seconds).
• A consent record — the customer's explicit agreement to publish their voice publicly, with its date and time.
• Review linkage — the identifier of the original Salla review and its product, plus the name and star rating shown on that review.
• Limited technical data — such as IP address and browser type, used only for security and abuse prevention.

From merchants (people who install the app)

• Store data from Salla via OAuth authorization — store ID, name and domain, and the access tokens needed to integrate with Salla.
• Product and review data needed to display each voice clip next to the correct review.
• Contact details you provide voluntarily (name, email, phone) when you request a demo or contact support.

• تمكين التاجر من الاستماع والاعتماد أو الرفض قبل ظهور أي مقطع للزوّار.
• تقديم تحليلات مجمّعة للتاجر (عدد المقاطع، توزيع النجوم، أكثر المنتجات صوتاً).
• الأمان ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.
• الرّد على طلبات الدعم والتواصل بخصوص العروض التوضيحية.

لا نبيع بياناتك أو أصوات عملائك، ولا نستخدمها في الإعلانات، ولا ندرّب عليها نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي.

• Operating the service: linking each voice clip to the right review and displaying it inside your store.
• Enabling the merchant to listen and approve or reject before any clip is shown to visitors.
• Providing aggregate analytics to the merchant (clip counts, star distribution, most-voiced products).
• Security, fraud and abuse prevention.
• Responding to support requests and demo enquiries.

We do not sell your data or your customers' voices, do not use them for advertising, and do not train AI models on them.

لا يُسجَّل أي صوت دون فعل واضح من العميل. قبل التسجيل يوافق العميل صراحةً على نشر مراجعته الصوتية علناً في المتجر، ونحفظ هذه الموافقة وتاريخها.

لا يظهر أي مقطع للزوّار قبل أن يعتمده التاجر يدوياً — لا يوجد نشر تلقائي. ويمكن للتاجر إلغاء نشر أي مقطع في أي وقت.

No audio is ever recorded without a clear action by the customer. Before recording, the customer explicitly agrees to publish their voice review publicly in the store, and we store that consent and its timestamp.

No clip is shown to visitors until the merchant manually approves it — there is no automatic publishing. The merchant can unpublish any clip at any time.

نشارك المعلومات في أضيق الحدود اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة فقط:

• سلّة — المنصّة التي يقوم عليها متجرك ويتكامل معها التطبيق.
• مزوّدو البنية التحتية — نستضيف الخدمة ونخزّن المقاطع على خدمات Amazon Web Services (AWS) بصفتهم معالجين نيابةً عنّا.
• التاجر — الذي يتحكّم بمراجعات متجره ويقرّر ما يُنشر منها.
• عند الضرورة القانونية — إذا فرض ذلك نظام أو طلب رسمي ملزِم.

لا نشارك بياناتك مع مُعلِنين أو وسطاء بيانات إطلاقاً.

We share information only to the minimum extent needed to run the service:

• Salla — the platform your store runs on and that the app integrates with.
• Infrastructure providers — we host the service and store clips on Amazon Web Services (AWS) as processors acting on our behalf.
• The merchant — who controls their store's reviews and decides what gets published.
• When legally required — if compelled by applicable law or a binding official request.

We never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

• تُنقل جميع البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) وتُخزَّن المقاطع بشكل آمن.
• تُشغَّل المقاطع عبر روابط موقّعة قصيرة العمر تنتهي خلال دقائق، ولا تصلح رابطاً دائماً.
• صُمِّم المشغّل بلا زرّ تنزيل، والتشغيل مقيّد بمتجرك — ما يجعل النسخ أو التسريب صعباً عملياً.
• الوصول إلى رموز المتجر والبيانات الحسّاسة مقيّد ومحميّ.

• All data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and clips are stored securely.
• Clips play through short-lived signed URLs that expire within minutes and don't work as a permanent link.
• The player has no download button and playback is scoped to your store — making copying or leaking practically hard.
• Access to store tokens and sensitive data is restricted and protected.

نحتفظ بالمقاطع وبياناتها طالما كانت منشورة أو ما دام اشتراك التاجر فعّالاً. عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق نوقف الوصول إلى متجرك ونجدول بيانات المتجر للحذف.

يمكنك طلب حذف مقطع معيّن أو بياناتك في أي وقت عبر بيانات التواصل أدناه، وسننفّذ ذلك خلال مدة معقولة ما لم يُلزِمنا نظام بالاحتفاظ.

We keep clips and their data while they are published or while the merchant's subscription is active. When the app is uninstalled, we stop accessing your store and schedule store data for deletion.

You can request deletion of a specific clip or of your data at any time via the contact details below, and we will action it within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to retain it.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, or withdraw your consent to publishing your voice clip. Customers: contact the store or us directly. Merchants: you can delete clips and manage your store data from the dashboard or by contacting us.

الأطفال

الخدمة موجّهة لأصحاب المتاجر وعملائهم البالغين، وليست موجّهة للأطفال. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات ممّن هم دون السنّ النظامية.

النقل الدولي للبيانات

قد تُعالَج بياناتك وتُخزَّن على بنية AWS التحتية في مناطق قد تكون خارج بلدك، مع الحفاظ على وسائل حماية مناسبة.

تحديثات هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر. ننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة ونعدّل تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها.

Children

The service is intended for merchants and their adult customers, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal age.

International transfers

Your data may be processed and stored on AWS infrastructure in regions that may be outside your country, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
